VINCE HAWTHORNE

VINCE was born on March 28, 1965, in Lovington, New Mexico. He grew up on the family farm between Plains, Texas, and Lovington, New Mexico. After graduating from high school, he attended Lubbock Christian University for a semester, where he met and married his wife, Michelle, on August 29, 1987. He farmed in the same area until 2003, when he moved to Abernathy, Texas. While living there, he began working with BNSF Railway and has served as a track inspector for 21 years. In 2015, he relocated to Lubbock, Texas, and has been attending Sunset Church of Christ since then.

Vince and Michelle have two sons, Trent and Brett. Trent and his wife, Andrea, have three children: Archer, Harvey, and Opal. They attend Greenlawn Church of Christ. Brett and his wife, Jessica, have one son, Elias, and they attend Sunset Church of Christ.

Vince enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family. One of his favorite Bible verses is Ephesians 6:1-3.
