Wrestling in prayer (Col. 4:12) is somewhat of a foreign concept to us modern Christians.  What was Epaphras doing when he “always wrestles in prayer” for the Colossian Christians?  When Jesus prayed in Gethsemane, he was in agony (Luke 22:44).  He too wrestled in prayer.  It was the only way he was going to win against the forces of the Devil.  If he had to wrestle in prayer, how much more so we who are weaker than he?
